ETS-PC Video Analysis Software

Frame-by-Frame Video Analysis

We have developed custom software for analyzing driver eye movements relative to their distance from targets of interest (e.g., predetermined highway signs).  The program serves to integrate the analog video output of the eye tracker with a simultaneously recorded digital data file containing parameters such as vehicle location (real-time latitude and longitude), speed, heading, GPS time, system time, GPS status, etc.  System requirements include Windows 2000 and Visual Basic 6.0 (runtime only if you're not interested in the source code).  Download ETS-Explorer-3M.zip (10 MB zip archive) for the source code, executable, and sample video and data files (sample.mpg and sample.dat, respectively).

Examine screen shot of the graphical user interface for an idea of the program's operational capabilities.

Play sample video (10 MB .mpg file)
